Perils of the Padded Resume
So a friend from work was browsing on Linkedin and was shocked when several of her contacts have actually lied on their profiles. One metioned 7+yrs of executive experience, when in reality the person do not even have 5yrs of total experience!
Another one had wrote that posses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities when the poor thing does not even know how to transmit his idea clearly…
The fact is that most of these people actually make more money than my co-worker and me… Is their fault? of course not, it is ours. We actually have the experience and the abilities, but we do not exploit them….
