I believe

that everyone is kind, gentle, and loving. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with the knowledge and understanding they have at the moment.

It’s MY perception of their behavior that tend to classify them as mean, rude, cruel, or nasty.

Therefore, it is me not them who has to change.
