To judge or not to judge… that is the real dilemma
di·lem·ma noun də-ˈle-mə also dī-
I shall start this post with the definition of Dilemma:
1: an argument presenting two or more equally conclusive alternatives against an opponent
2: a- usually undesirable or unpleasant choice
b – a situation involving such a choice ; broadly : predicament
3 a – a problem involving a difficult choice
b- a difficult or persistent problem
— dil·em·mat·ic adjective
Actually, this post does not have anything to do with grammar or Shakespeare… It has to do with the my day to day choices.
While it is really easy to judge some else’s behavior, I strongly believe, we should not. I don´t know what are the reasons behind someone’s actions… although the easiest thing to do is to become a strict judge and calling names (that person is a jackass, stupid, ignorant, and so on).
When you judge someone, then you are putting yourself above that person, as if she/he have less knowledge or common sense than you (and you really do not know that, at least I do not). Sometimes, it is really easy to do that, so we can justify their actions and move forward.
However, the more I interact with people, I just pay attention and I am aware of their behavior, double check whether I exhibit the same behavior (most of the time I do, and that is the reason why I find their behavior irritating), and then I just let the issue go. I doest not really matter… by not judging I am freeing myself from the heavy load of looking for errors, mistakes, and from the hardest chore of correcting those mistakes. At the end of the day, I can only change/fix myself, not others…
I do not even judge myself anymore, I recognize my mistakes, analyze them and just make my best effort to not do that again…

This Is A Visualization Of How Facebook Employees Are Reacting To The IPO Chaos
A source of ours close to Facebook employees corroborates.
“I think the WSJ article summed it up. It’s a shrug. Stay focused on the mission. This is a long long term battle. Mark is like a Bezos or a Jobs. Ignore the noise.”
This is a smart reaction. The IPO may have been a mess, but Facebook itself is actually in phenomenal shape at the moment.
Look for the gifts in everything, especially when you are facing what appears to be a negative situation. Everything that we attract causes us to grow, which means that ultimately everything is for our own good.
Adjusting to a new path and a new direction will require new qualities and strengths, and these qualities are always exactly what we need to acquire in order to accomplish the great things ahead in our life.
