My first real-life job was awesome, just my the first real love.
We had a performance metric that required three process improvement – any process per quarter: it could be anything…. from cafeteria queue improvement to your daily activities. You could do it by yourself or in a team. It made us think a better way to do things… It continously help me be a better version of me!
Looking back at those times, I am very grateful I was shaped by those rules. In almost every position I have held in the last few years, I have made some improvements. Small changes actually make a difference.
The greatest thing about my present position is that it actually allows me to do lots of improvements! It’s not a JOb, it’s JOy!
